Bob McDonnell has an important message about an issue near and dear to him:
“This is vitally important in Virginia”
“We think it’s critically important”
“We’re very hopeful it will pass overwhelmingly”
“It’s the best way to raise children”
What key issue could deserve such strong language? Education? The economy? The environment? If only...
Why it's none other than the most discriminatory, backwards section of the Virginia Constitution!
That's right, the Republican Party of Virginia's latest faux-moderate once upon a time was willing to publicly disclose his true agenda. Don't worry Bobby - just 82 days until you can breath easy and act like yourself again - 82 days for us to make sure he never gets the chance to act upon his radical right-wing social agenda.
PS - I strongly recommend the video posted above. Not only does it show us where Bob's allegiances lie, but he not only publicly admits but boasts about using the Attorney General's office to politically slant the official explanation of an amendment on the Virginia ballot.
I remind us all of the saying: "If your marriage needs 'defending', you need a counselor, not an amendment."
