October 13, 2009
Alexandria - During the "Hope and Opportunity Tour," Democratic Party of Virginia Chairman Richard Cranwell and other local Deeds supporters will demonstrate that the choice is clear for small business owners and families in rural Virginia who have been hit hard by the economic downturn. Creigh Deeds is the only candidate in this race who understands the issues that Virginia communities face and has an honest plan to solve them.
The tour kicked off Monday in Winchester, Harrisonburg and Staunton and continues today in Lynchburg, Danville and Martinsville. Deeds for Virginia supporters will complete the ‘Hope and Opportunity Tour’ on Wednesday, October 14th, in Southwest Virginia with stops in Bluefield, Wytheville, Marion and Bristol.
